Whether your goal is to manage stress in your life, have more energy, or to lose weight, The Kaiser Permanente Corporate Run, Walk & Roll and U.S. Olympian and world-renowned running expert, Jeff Galloway, have teamed up to bring you multiple options to get you ready for race day.
Training begins July 29th, 2024. This year we have two ways to follow the 8-week training plan: printable PDF plans or the Jeff Galloway Run Walk Run App.
Let's Move Training Plans: You can download and print the PDF file at the bottom of this page. Three schedules are included: beginners, intermediate runners and walkers, and experienced runners (getting faster.) Set up a weekly walk or run from your office (optional) and/or distribute to your team members to help lead them to the 5K finish line strong!
